Prices in Euro. These prices include continental breakfast. English type breakfast or other can be served at an extra cost of 7.5 € per person. The supply of extra beds, if possible, will add 25 € per bed to the normal room price.

High season: 1st June - 31st December

Low season: 15th January – 31st May

High Season prices apply for special celebrations like Christmas, New Year, Carnival, Easter or the Grape Harvest period, and price reductions do not apply.

Change of room linen or towels will take place each three days period and room service will be kept to a minimal unless otherwise requested at an extra price.



Price Reductions:

  • These reductions apply only for the High season months with exception of August.
  • Twin rooms price will have a deduction of 20€ when on single occupancy.
  • From the third night of occupancy room price reduces by 20%. This bonus can last the maximum for three other nights. Further reductions can be negotiated for longer stays.
  • These reductions cannot accumulate with other bonus due to promotion campaigns or other and are subject to keep up with our principles to provide a Spiritual Friendly Tourism and our Environmental and Ecological rules concerning water and energy savings and waste reduction which apply for the whole year.

Reservations have to be guaranteed at the time of reservation with full payment for amounts until 200€ and further 50% for the exceeding amount. The remaining amount to be paid at least 7 days before arrival. If these payments are not received on time the reservation will be canceled. Refunding is possible only for cancellations occurring at least one month in advance. In this case the price of one day per each room reserved will be charged.

A courtesy taste of House wines will be available for guests staying more than one night.
